Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it enters processing quickly. Because of this, we cannot guarantee order cancellations or modifications. If production or fulfillment has already begun, cancellation requests may be denied.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Aiden Lamps is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery-related issues.
