Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Aiden Lamps is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Aiden Lamps is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered.
